- Check our availability and prices via our online booking system, direct email, or online travel agent.
- Complete our reservation inquiry form and our manager will respond to you via email with our availability and prices. Email us directly at reservations@matavillas.com

Booking Terms
- If booking is made within 1 month of arrival date, the full amount is due upon booking confirmation. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable
- If booking is made more than 1 month from arrival date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation
- Bookings are not final until the deposit is received and you have received a confirmation email. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance
- Final payment is due 1 month prior to your confirmed arrival date
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice before bookings are confirmed
- Events and group bookings are subject to separate booking terms and conditions. Please enquire via email at reservation@matavillas.com
- Photoshoots, live entertainment, amplified music, pets, and drones are not permitted unless approved by management
- Check-in time is 2 pm; check-out time is 11 am
Cancellation and Refounds
- All cancellations must be given in writing
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Cancellations made 1 month before check-in date can postpone their booking to a future date; new booking date rates apply
- Cancellation within 1 month of check-in date or a no-show, then booking and payment will be forfeited
Payments
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal
- PayPal payments are subject to a 5% processing fee
- Credit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee for event, group & retreat bookings
- All payment fees are the responsibility of the guest
